Post Katrina Blight In NOLA34.jpg
Graffiti fills the walls of the Moton Elementary School on Abundance Street which remains blighted almost six year after Hurricane Katrina. As the six year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina nears blight remains in New Orleans. Many of the programs to remove blight and help the city recover are federally funded and will face cuts because of the economic decline.
