Arthur Dehilinger's stands near a drilling rig left behind at a fracksites on his land in Big Spring Texas. Dehilinger does not own his mineral rights on the 45 acres of land his home is on so he was unable to prevent fracksites in his backyard. There are seven wells on the land that he has no control on , and more could be drilled at any time. During the drilling, the noise, vibrations , air pollution and bright lights made it impossible for him to enjoy his home .He worries about the water from his well running out since one of his neighbor uses a well near by to sell industry water from the same aquifer his well is tapped into.
