Abandoned rides at Six Flags in New Orleans. Six Flags New Orleans amusement park in Eastern New Orleans, Louisiana, closed since Hurricane Katrina in 2005 remains in a sate of ruin. The remains of Six Flags amusement park are on low lying land owned by the city of New Orleans and have not be redeveloped since Katrina.
