Chief Cheyene and his tribe hold a second line parade, a tradition started by Aftican Americans who weren't aloud to take part in the parades. Mardi Gras 2011 in New Orleans is expected to be have the largest attendance of all time due to the dates overlapping with college spring break. Mardi Gras also known as Carnival begins on or after Epiphany and ending on the day before Ash Wednesday.
