Storm damaged tomb in the Oakville Cemetery,in a prodminatly Black neibhborhood in Belle Chase in Plaquemines Parish, next to the Oakville landfill. Some who worked at the landfill and died of cancer are buried in the cemetery acording to Rose Jackson, a longtime community advocate in Oakville.
