The Grannie Peace Brigade holds a silent vigil on the grounds of Lincoln Center in New York City, celebrating their 6th year anniversary as an anti-war movement. The Grannie Peace Brigade, an organization made up of senior citizens, has demonstrated against war for six years, and participated in the Occupy Wall Street movement.
At the start of their one hour peace vigil, a representative from Lincoln Center threatened them with arrest if they remained, but did not follow through on the threat and the Grannies were able to complete their protest with out any arrests being made.
