Bay Head, NJ November 15, Bob Smallwood's wife's family home, Wave Crest, built in 1905 on the Jersey shore badly damaged by superstorm Sandy lost its' rap-around deck and the exterior walls facing the Atlantic Ocean. Sandy's surge flooded thousands of homes in the tri-state area and knocked out power to millions. Sandy's strength is being blamed by many on climate change.
