She thought she owned the mineral rights but was cheated . The oil company claim she didn’t have the mineral rights and leased them from another party then fracked her land despite her deed. She witnessed a spill on her land and has been keeping a watchful eye on industry. She struck a deal after years of battle since she couldn’t stop the fracking
