New Orleans, LA, September 21, 2013, The environmental group 350.org's "Draw the Line" on Tar Sands and the Keystone XL pipeline protest took the form of a second line parade as it made its way through the french quarter .Over a hundred participants, including members of
350 NOLA, The Tulane Green Club , the Bucket Brigade, and other environmental groups called out to stop the Keystone XL pipeline as they marched and danced in the streets. 350.org's 'Draw the Line' campaign had over 200 events that took place across the country.
