Far Rockaways, New York, November 13th, 2012 Denise Cortez on her bed with her dogs and cats, lives without heat and water 13 days after superstorm Sandy in the Ocean Bay housing project in the Far Rocakways. Water remained in the basements of the projects making the buildings humid causing mold to grow and spread.
