October 12th , NYPD observes participants in 'Occupy Wall Street' as they march past Chase Manhattan Bank's headquarters in a follow up to the 'Millionaire's March' questioning why New York State is going to give Chase CEO, Jamie Dimon over $436,000 in a new state tax cut next year. The Occupy Wall Street movement in its' fourth week has spread to cities across America. Protesters set up an encampment in Zuccotti Park on September 17, 2011 protesting against social and ecomonic injustice.
