Tourist Police both destroyed in front of the Hilton Hotel in Cairo during the revolution. After Mubarak was forced to step down by protestors after an 18 day revolution, tanks deployed to protect the city became backdrops for family photos. The Egyptian Military took control of Egypt when Mubarak was forced from office during the January 25th revolution.
