New York, NY, November 13, Sun sets behind of a home destroyed by super storm Sandy's surge on the beach in Bell Harbor, part of the Rockaways in Queens. Sandy's surge filled the streets with sand, cut off power, water and heat for many, for over two weeks since the storm. Extreme weather is blamed by many scientists on climate change.
