Far Rockaways, New York, November 13th, 2012, Children live without heat and water for two weeks after superstorm Sandy in the Ocean Bay housing project in the Far Rocakways. The 12 ft. of water remain in the basement of the building after being flooded by Superstorm Sandy's surge making for humid conditions perfect for mold growth.
