Harry Rebarbie, 68 a Louisiana shrimper's work has been disrupted because of the BP oil disaster goes to Oyster Bay to check the situation out himself after a local shrimper Kermit Duck showed evidence of oil at a public meeting that he found oil in Oyster Bayou, where no oil had been reported the first 100 days of the disaster.
