The Danziger Bridge in New Orleans, the scene of a crime on September 4 2010 where two unarmed men, James Brissette and Ronald Madison were killed on the bridge by a group of police who became to be known as the Danziger seven. The New Orleans police involved coordinated a cover-up story for their crime, falsely reporting that seven police officers responded to a police dispatch reporting an officer down, and that at least four people were firing weapons at the officers upon their arrival. U.S. Attorney Jim Letten working with the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI are investigated the case.
