Environmental Scientist Wilma Subra speaks in front of the State Capitol to a crowd of over one hundred people at the Water Festival a 'Green Army' event.
Speakers including John Barry, former board member of the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority spoke about industry in Louisiana and their role in restoring the coast. General Honore formed a 'Green Army 'to help citizens negatively effected by industry, change laws to protect the environmental in Louisiana.
