Covington Louisiana, March, 12, 2016, Joy Street in Tallow Creek was induated with water which continued to rise. 14 inches of rain fell in less than 24 hours, after three days of intermittent rain, causing flash floods. The Tchefuncte River and Bogue Falaya River
crested on Saturday morning but the flood event continued into the night for those in Tallow Creek.
