Covington Louisiana, March, 12, 2016, The Louisiana National Guard use a truck to evacuate residents for the Tallow Creek subdivision. 14 inches of rain fell in less than 24 hours, after three days of intermittent rain, causing flash floods. The Tchefuncte River and Bogue Falaya River
crested on Saturday morning but the flood event continued into the night for those in Tallow Creek.
