Covington Louisiana, March, 12, 2016, Man making a call trying to locate his son who is visiting another child in the flooded Tallow Creek subdivision behind him. 14 inches of rain fell in less than 24 hours, after three days of intermittent rain, causing flash floods. The Tchefuncte River and Bogue Falaya River
crested on Saturday morning but the flood event continued into the night for those in Tallow Creek.
