Covington Louisiana, March, 12, 2016, A residnet in Tallow Creek subdivision surveys the floodwaters that continued to rise on Saterday afternoon..14 inches of rain fell in less than 24 hours, after three days of intermittent rain, causing flash floods. The Tchefuncte River and Bogue Falaya River
crested on Saturday morning but the flood event continued into the night for those in Tallow Creek.
