A double rainbow near a Waffle House in St. Bernard Parish on St. Claude Avenue, an area that was badly impacted by Hurricane Katrina. Five years after Hurricane Katrina, St. Bernard Parish is still recovering from the damage created by hurricane and the subsequent flooding when the levees broke.
Commercial establishments such as the fast food chain, Waffle House are indicators of the recovery that is still far from complete.
