Soldiers in the 34th Air Brigade servicing Blackhawk after a mission on the flight line at the airbase in Balad Iraq. The 1-244 Air Helicopter Battalion ( part of the 34th Air Brigade) is made up of companies from the Louisiana and Florida National guards. They conduct air assault and air movement operation including acting as a taxi service around Baghdad flying a ring around the bases before returning to their hub in Balad.
