78 imagesRay "Bones" Bandar has a collection of close to 7,000 skulls and skeletons. Artist, retired teacher, naturalist and a member of the California Academy of Sciences, he keeps most of his collection in a "Bone Palace" of his own making at his home. - I shot this series in 2010. Bandar passed away on Dec. 23, 2017.
